PARTIES

This Investment Contractual Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the agreement” ) is entered into on  25th Aug 2024 [ the “Effective date”], by and between K.VENKAT S/o: Sambaiaha, with an address of Hanamkonda.[ hereinafter referred to as the ” Investor”] and 

R. PRASHANTH S/o: Krishna ( DIGITAL TELANGANA ) with an address of Warangal [hereinafter referred to as the ” Company” [ collectively referred to as the  “Parties”.

INVESTMENT

The parties agree that the investor will pay the investment amount Ten Lakhs Rupees Only

 ( 10,00,000.Rs/- ) Upon signing this Agreement { in step wise with regular time with our commitment }

The parties agree that the investor will pay the investment  amount on a Recurring Basis. In case the parties agree that the investor pays the investment amount on a recurring basis, the investor will be obliged to pay an investment amount of as Per Requirement  time schedule for a period of  2 Months. This will be done in exchange for 30% Share in the company profit.

The parties agree that the investment period will be over at least 11 months  in which  it will be withdrawn after receiving the initial investment amount.
